What is changed ?
Warning: At this time the Menu feature works only in single spigot servers. That means this is not added in Bungeecord and Sponge.
This menu is experimental and it's only for testing purposes.
You can open the menu by running the command /skins with permission "skinsrestorer.playercmds.menu". The menu loads the skins which are in the cache, so you don't need to configure anything
If you have big cache, there will be alot of skins, but at this time. It may be laggy.
This is an experimental SNAPSHOT version. Use at your own risk!
