- Offline mode servers will now always download skins from Mojang when using -o in /skin set, even if the player is online.
- Support for 1.17.1 was added.
- The skin module will now automatically download and apply skins for players in offline mode based on the username they logged in with.
- This behavior can be disabled by changing "get_skins_in_offline_mode" to false in config.yml
