Fixed an issue where executing /friend requests or /friend list would incorrectly display "Page 1 does not exist" when the list was empty.
• Fixed a server crash caused by placing commas in customizable messages.
• Improved overall code structure.
• Added two new customizable messages: friendListEmptyMessage and friendRequestsEmptyMessage.
