- Redid configuration files

- There are now separate configuration files for crops, hoes, and new custom items.
- Config is now smaller and easier to configure

- DELETE ENTIRE OLD PLUGIN FOLDER - WON'T WORK IF YOU DON'T SINCE THIS IS A BREAKING UPDATE THAT CHANGES MOST OF THE CONFIGURATION!!!!!!!!!
