When you start the plugin you will see that it is a dev build, ignore it. It is a stable version. Read all the news because if you download this update and put it on your server directly it may not work as expected!

• Fixed | Message displayed for breaking a BlockList.yml block in unprotected areas with a wrong tool.

• Fixed | When you delete a block with /sbr bypass in a place where a block was already regenerating before and now try to place a new one and break it again, you would get a message that it could not be broken, this does not happen now as the block that is in cache regenerating is deleted.
• Added | Permission: sbr.use - Permission to use /sbr command (OP inherits it by default)
  
• Added | New messages in messages.yml (deletion of messages.yml recommended)
• Fixed | Some messages.yml messages that were not working
• Added | PlaceholderAPI support (for command execution when mining and most messages.yml messages)

I was going to introduce more things but it will take me some time to do it because I don't have the time right now, the next update is quite big in terms of performance as it changes file formats, restructured code and more.
