/sr unbreakable command + multiple fixes
CHANGELOG
Add:
- /sr unbreakable/breakable command (Suggested by minejango2)
- `AnvilFeatures` flag in `config.yml` to disable Anvil related features
Improve:
- Color codes in Anvils
Fix:
- Remove default name/lore formatting (Renamed item names shouldn't be in italics - Ashton727)
- Do not take color codes into account when calculating naming length limit
- /sr book settitle not working with previously renamed books
COMPATIBILITY
- Tested on MC 1.14, 1.13 and 1.12
- MC 1.8: /sr unbreakable does not work, and anvil listener is crap. Rest should work.
