This plugin adds Halloween elements to a Minecraft serverNew effects added
New effect: when a player opens a chest, there is a 10% chance that there will appear a pumpkin with effects
New effect: When using a bow without enchantments, there will be pumpkins instead of arrows
If you are updating the plugin, add lines to the configuration. Or delete the config file and reboot the plugin/server.
