This update adds no functionality changes but it optimizes the code that controls tab-completion args for commands. In addition, the update checker runs as a task so it will not slow down the server startup process.

Fixes:

• Fixed errors regarding the update checker when the server has no internet connection.
• Entity types will no longer be suggested in args where they are not accepted.
