This update now requires Java 16 and fixes an important issue from v0.1 as well as makes a few general improvements and optimizations

• Fixed wall signs not correctly being searched
• Added an optional ability to specify search chunk radius (/signsearch -radius: <text...>)
• Updated plugin system messages
• Added /ss as an alias for /signsearch
• The plugin now requires Java 16; general optimizations and improvements have been made.
