This is a hotfix that prevents strange behavior due to packets being sent during the wrong creation stage.

If create() was called while a board was created or destroy(), display(), or update() were called while a board were missing, modern versions would kick the client and legacy versions would just brick the scoreboard. This is now prevented by only having those functions send packets when in the correct creation stage.

This also prevents a redundant title update from being sent if the title were to be update while the board was destroyed. This is just a single packet, so nothing major.

The documentation has been updated accordingly. There are no changes required in usage of sharkbyte-scoreboard apart from updating the dependency in your pom.xml or build.gradle.
