The first release of this plug-in would download and upload the resource packs on the main server thread, which would block the entire server until the upload or download is finished.

This update will do the uploading and downloading in a background thread, so that the rest of the server can continue while the upload or download is in progress. It also sends chat messages to inform about the progress.

The resource pack host server also got an update:

• It now shows an upload progress indicator (nice when uploading large files)
• It can now handle multiple tasks in parallel (nice when you try to upload a small file while someone else is uploading a large file)
• The error handling is also improved slightly

Note that you don't need to install this version of the plug-in to use the updated resource pack host server: this update was done by me.
