PATCH NOTES:

• Updated to the 1.21.7 Spigot API
• Added the /mute and /unmute commands with three new permissions: se.mute, se.unmute and se.mute.bypass. As well as 6 new Lang.yml File Values which are: mute-message, mute-sender, mute-target, mute-bypass, unmute-sender and unmute-target.
• The /delwarp command now has built in tab completion functionality.
• Added the new commands to the '/se' command.
• Added the 'muted' status to the '/whois' command and also added the new placeholder "%se_mute_isenabled%" which can be configured via the Lang.yml file.
• Entirely reworked the Fly Command so that it no longer saves into the Userfile, but instead upon login you can now give players the new 'se.fly.login' permission which will allow them to fly automatically upon login. On top of that with this change it now allows you to define whether people can fly in some worlds, but others not. As now when changing world the plugin will check if you have the correct permissions and if you were flying in the previous world.
• Fixed an issue where the 'teleport-after-wait' location wasn't functioning properly, this is no longer the case.
• Fixed an issue where accidental leftover debug messages would spam console upon Money Deposits or Withdrawals, this is no longer the case.
