PATCH NOTES:

• Added two new Permissions which are: `se.feed.bypass` and `se.heal.bypass` and will allow you to bypass the `/heal` or `/feed` command cooldowns.
• Added two more plugins which will be loaded after SE to ensure economy works which are: Roulette and EconomyShop.
• Added a new config value which is `teleport-after-wait-location` and will allow you to define whether you want Player's to teleport to the location of the target when they accept the teleport request, or to the target when the wait timer has finished. This only works if `teleport-wait` is higher than 0.
• Added a new config value which is `feed-on-heal` and will allow you to choose whether you want the player or specified target to be fed.
• Message and Reply Commands will now have support for the `<sender>` placeholder.
• The Lang Value `eco-receive` will now correctly replace `<player>` with the Sender for the `/pay` command.
• Improved visibility and added colour codes to all default Lang.yml Teleport Messages to make it look more sleek and clear. Of course this can still be altered and changed by yourself at will.
• Completely overhauled the Teleport Request Class with optimised methods and improved code as well as adding 4 new Lang.yml file values which are: teleport-request-sender-timeout, teleport-request-cancelled-by-sender, teleport-already-sent and teleport-failed-offline.
• Fixed and correctly implemented Economy Methods to support Towny and other plugins that require Economy Implementation.
• Fixed an issue that caused an internal error if someone sends a teleport request and then leaves the game. If you try to use /tpaccept it would cause the error, this is no longer the case.
• Fixed a Critical Issue that still withdrew money from the sending player with the `/pay` command even if the Player is offline and the transaction failed, this is no longer the case.
