Added:

- Added a player name argument to /cctv camera disconnect [player]

- Added a `viewers.show-in-tablist` setting to keep players listed in the tablist when they view a camera

- Fixed camera switching with a single camera group in the computer
- Fixed errors on 1.20.6+ when opening the Options menu
- Fixed (I think) cameras not hiding when viewing them from far away
- Fixed the plugin still thinking you were viewing a camera when using /cctv camera view while already viewing a camera and then disconnecting
- Fixed issues with heads on newer 1.21.1 builds
