Error fixes and add new command
Added:
- /safeadmins auth <player> - Force auth- If set "password: NONE" the operator does not need a password
Fixes:- the commands were unavailable after authorization
Changes:
- The /password command has been removed, the password is now entered via chat
Delete all configs
