1.19 Support & Configurable Replay Naming

Supported Versions: 1.19.0, 1.19.1, 1.19.2
From now on, only MC 1.19 will be tested but MC 1.18 will likely stay compatible.
Please update SoaromaSAC, AdvancedReplay and ProtocolLib first!
In order to fix a bug with AdvancedReplay, download the development build of ProtocolLib!
