I corrected a few bugs and mistakes especially about the chests being exploded triggering a null pointer exception, but also the fact that sometimes the error messages when placing a chest near to a clan chest / rustcraft chest are in french.

Finally, I added a world restriction, with a new config line so that you can decide in what world name the possibility to create a clan is enabled.
