Fixed Colloision Bug wiht Textbubbles
Fixed:
- Issue where you can collide with the Textbubble's ArmorStand
- Issue where you can hit the Textbubble's ArmorStand
- Issue where breaking blocks is cancelled because of hitting the Textbubble's ArmorStand
- Issue where interactions got blocked by the Textbubble's ArmorStand
Note:
- Dropped "New feature" Support for Version 1.17.x
- Dropped "New feature" Support for Version 1.18.x
- Both 1.17.x and 1.18.x Versions won't include the fixes for the Textbubble's ArmorStand
