This is the first update to this addon in what, like, 2 years?
Anyhow.
It's not a big one, just two changes to the spigot release:
- the plugin now uses the new OA API, and has better compatibility in the future
- you can add timeout-seconds: 5 to the config, which will set a rate limit of only one message every X seconds
