Added the requirement option to the config.yml. You can now choose between:

• Enchantment: The player needs an enchanted Hoe/Axe for the replenish feature
• Tool: The player needs an Hoe/Axe for the replenish feature
• None: Replenish will alway work (Note: You wont be able to break crops with your fist in survival mode. You need to use something else, like e.g. water)

You will probably have to create a copy of your old config.yml and let the plugin create a new one!!!
