RepairItem 2.0 - New API, fixed output messages !
Change Log: new API, fixed output messages

- New API: New API contains functions like commands have. To see API description, see API part on main page of this resource.

- Fixed Output Messages: Fixed output messages (config.yml: doOutput), because plugin could send to other player messages like ,,Can't repair item'' or ,,This item is unused...'', but with this update, will be send only messages about status of repair - messages like ,,Item was repaired !'' or ,,All items in inventory...". Removed messages will not be sent. This part of update also applies to new API.
