Updated for the newest Minecraft version, fixed many errors/issues.

We’re excited to bring you the latest update to the RegisterPlus Plugin! This update includes important fixes to improve functionality and security. Here's what's new:

• Fixed Inventory Exploits
  Resolved an issue where players who weren’t logged in could still interact with their inventory. This bug allowed unauthorized players to drop items and interact with creative mode items. These actions are now fully restricted until login is complete.
