Update V1.6:

Added:
- PlaceholderAPI is now a soft depend
- Now able to reset/remove a player if offline
- Now able to request a player total referral if offline

Changed:
- Fixed bug commands in the console - not getting comment after use
- Fixed bug where the player was able to refer self
