Use One Scoreboard in Multiple Worlds, new /rsb toggle other command.
Scoreboards can now be used in multiple worlds, like so:

Other-Worlds:
- '*'
or

+ Added command to toggle the scoreboard for other player: /rsb toggleo <player>
+ Bump FastBoard to 2.1.2
