+ Added negated permissions. Negated permissions start with "-" of the permission. It's also possible to toggle a permission in the player permissions gui and rank permissions gui.
+ /rp set is now /rp setrank
+ Added Shift-Left click on a player in the player's GUI to change his rank directly.
