THIS UPDATE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO RESET YOUR CONFIG.YML!

• Rewrote config.yml to be more organized in general
• Added values messages.other-player.nvenable-sender and messages.other-player.nvdisable-sender which are sent to the sender when using /nv <player>, and both have a configurable placeholder %target%
• Added value config-version, which will allow me to send a warning to console on startup that config.yml is outdated after future updates

If you don't want to reset your config.yml:
- Stop your server
- Rename config.yml to anything else (such as configOLD.yml)
- Start your server
- Copy your own options to the newly generated config.yml
- Run /rbznvreload to make the changes take effect
