Fixed an issue introduced in v3.2.0 where:

• Turning off check-block-inventories disabled horse armor animation entirely.

This update decouples horse animation from chest/container scanning, which drastically improves TPS performance in large worlds if you disable block scanning.

No config changes needed – just update!
