LibSequence API update
We had to update Ragnarök because there was an API change in the underlying LibSequence (1.1 => 1.2).
Please delete the config.yml so Ragnarök can rollout a new config.yml. The new config.yml contains an improved shutdown sequence showing the features introduced in LibSequence API 1.2
In Ragnarök itself no functions are added or changed.
