Optimization, Bug Fix, and Spartan support

Optimization:

Replace Calendar API to Instant API in shop Logging
Some logic optimize in sending item overlay
Reduce calling getBalance and format method
Re-work logging option, you can now disable debug log and shop trade balance log to gain performance boost.

Bug Fix:

We now force to use QS Matcher on 1.16+ server due to a spigot bug: https://hub.spigotmc.org/jira/browse/SPIGOT-5063 and https://hub.spigotmc.org/jira/browse/SPIGOT-5964
Fix NPE when using some custom enchantment plugin

Spartan support: We now support Spartan on protection checking, now Spartan should no longer block this.
