Fixes
General Fixes:
- Fixed Light Runes not having any lore. (current ones without lore will be unusable)
- Fixed not being able to upgrade arcanes.
- Removed Hell Rune drop from the 2nd Oracle.
- Increased Light Rune drop chance to 100% from the 2nd Oracle.
