Updates:

• PlaceholderAPI & MVdWPlaceholders have been updated to use the CS-API for integration meaning no external expansions will be required they will hook automagically.
• Added a few additional placeholders

CS-API Changes:

• Fixed internal file loading system to work for Windows (please report if this has not fixed it)
• All projects have been migrated over to utilize Gradle
