This update fixes an issue that caused an error when attempting to update cached leaderboard players. Also this fixes a few related issues to the test vote command.

In the last update I added the option to specify a max number of votes per day which a player can have. I added an option which allows you to specify whether or not to count votes exceeding the max limit to the players stats.
