Update checking, reload command, various minor fixes
Added:
- update checking
- /pronouns reload command
- New config options relating to update checking
- Multiple pronoun sets can now be slash-delimited (i.e. "she/they" instead of "she they")
- Fixed some inconsistencies with text colouring
