This update isn't going to support older Minecraft versions than 1.14 as I don't want to keep out of date software artificially alive and from my point of view there is no real reason to use 1.13 as your primary server-version. However, if you want support for these older versions, I suggest keep using the older versions of this plugin, although they will not be updated or maintained in the future.
