Printer-v3.0: ClaimChunk, Only-Disable-Fly and Printer.Hide
- Added ClaimChunk support
- Added only-disable-fly config option to allow printer near enemies, but to just turn off fly
- Added permission node printer.hide so admins do not deactivate players' printer when monitoring them if they have this permission
