Adds permission depending prefixes for players in PAFAdded support for Suffixes, New config folder
- Added support for Suffixes
- To make the config more understandable the name of the folder was changed from ColorPerms-For-PAF to PrefixesPerms-For-PAF. Also the names of all config variables have changed, since every entry now needs to have a [PLAYER_NAME] inside, which will be replaced by the player name. When updating you need to reconfigure the plugin
