I have now added vault support so you can give money to players who poke others... Not sure if this is actually a good idea honestly but anyway the amount you give players can be changed in the config, it's default is $100.

You will need Vault and an economy plugin like Essentials for the "reward" to work however the plugin works fine without it.

If you do not want to give players money for poking change the amount you give players to 0 in the config.
