[Fix a lot of bug!!!]
Fixed:
- Blacklist system won't work [ ✔]
- Reload command won't work correctly [ ✔]
- Resetting player's value while they was living in blacklisted world [ ✔]

Added:
- New permission "playermodification.autoreset" you can should whether if they change world/get into blacklisted world.
- /pm reset - resetting player's value manually if they are living in blacklisted world.

[ Note!] Sometimes health scale maybe changing delay, If it not change do /pm reload.
