Ever wanted to manage all of your reports IN GAME and have it done effectively?Added a timer to confirm clearing of reports
(1) » Added a timer for "/reports clear" to insure no one types it by accident.
(2) » Added "Timer" in the settings section of the config.yml.
(3) » Changed "Confirmation" to "Note" in the config.yml.
(4) » Added the "Confirm" message to the config.yml.
