(3) » Fixed internal error message when the reports.yml was empty.
(4) » Added a setting to now inform operators (or people with the permission) whenever someone submits a report.
(5) » Fixed an issue with colors not working when you did /reports.
(6) » Fixed a small issue when you typed /reports there would always be a space after the message. (Even when there wasn't one put there)
