Added a Tab Completer

Overview:
Added a Tab Completer. It will make it easier for you to locate places on your server.
Bug Fixes:
Perfected Adding, Deleting, and Teleporting Mechanisms. You now would not be able to add an already defined place, delete an undefined place and go to an undefined place.
