Bump version, fix Typo
Fixed a small typo and I forgot to bump the version last upload. This one is essentially the same.

* Now able to toggle other players' messages and ability to be picked up/ridden
* Now able to change the main plugin command inside the language.yml file
* Added Worldguard Support! Set "allow-piggyback = DENY" to deny piggyback in regions
* Added plotSquared support (sort of)
* Some minor code improvements
