- Corrected mining logic → now breaks a full flat 3×3 horizontal area, preserving the Y-level.
- Fixed tool meta issues to ensure correct display names and persistence.
- Added update notifications:
- Shown in console when the plugin starts.
- Shown in-game for OPs when they join.
- Added explode sound effect + particle effect when breaking blocks with 3×3 tools.
