Fixes
- Fixed a NullPointerException that occurred when hitting any entity outside of a claim.
- Fixed an issue where players were able to bypass the storage permission.
- Fixed a bug where members could access a storage if the owner didn't have permission to access it.
- Added the ability to link or unlink a storage of a claim to a block
- Added a new system that allows disabling claim creations interacting with WorldGuard.
