Added Info and Delete options via commands
Added new Info command that will display info about a certain parkour map.
- Added new permission ' parkour-maker.command.info'.​
Added new delete command that can delete certain parts of parkour map or the entire map, this now completely removed the need to manually edit save files if you needed to remove something.
- Added new permission ' parkour-maker.command.delete'.
- Added new messages for delete command.
- Added new local placeholder ' %identifier%' which is used in delete command to describe the feature being deleted in the messages.​

Start and Finish tittle messages can now be set a empty which will prevent them from being displayed.
Disabling parkour map now removes all of the players from that map and teleports them to the lobby.
Improved Tab completion for command aliases.
Some minor code improvements have been added as well.
