Updated to be compatible with 1.13.2

IMPORTANT: You will ether have to delete the rewards form the data file and recreate them again using the plugin edit parkour command, or edit the data file by renaming the " ID" part in the reward to " ItemType" (its case sensitive).
And you will have to instead of using the item id (as in numbers) use item name that can be found on this list.
As well as when using the add reward command you will no longer need to enter the id of an item but instead the item name from the list mentioned above.
