OmniExtractors
Drag and drop onto any OmniTool to remove the effect to transfer it to another tool! OmniExtractors will give the user an OmniCrystal with customizable success rates changed in the config.yml. /extractor <player> is the default command, but is also just as customizable as the other commands in the config.yml

ToolType Update
This goes hand in hand with the new blocks that are supported. Hoes are now usable with their optimized blocks.

More Blocks
Additional block types have been setup for each table to ensure all blocks are using their most optimized tool. Thank you to users that continuously submit blocks to me for fixing!

New File Structure
Before installing this version of OmniTool on your server, ensure you make a backup of your old config.yml, then let the plugin regenerate the files. There is now a customModelData.yml file and messages.yml file to help separate out all of the configurations for the plugin. This also helped with the clutter that the config.yml has been in previous updates, especially after adding OmniExtractors in this update. Sample configuration files are attatched as spoilers in the plugin description.

Developer API Update
Respective API functions have also been created for the new features, as well as a removeBlockFromTable(ToolType type, Material material) function to allow other developers to have total control over BlockTables in their addons.
