In this update, disposal chest reliability issues were fixed. A list of notable points follows.

- A new task runs every 10 seconds to discover new Disposal Chests that are in loaded chunks (fixes Disposal Chests not loading at world spawn or any always-loaded chunks)
- Permissions have changed form disposalchests.use to disposalchests.create and disposalchests.destroy.
- Disposal Chests now actually track their Z coordinate with a Z coordinate instead of a Y coordinate.
- Disposal Chests now actually track a Y coordinate.
- It is now impossible to withdraw the Warning item.
- Dispensers cannot dispense the Warning item.
- Hoppers cannot move the Warning item.
- Containers do not drop the Warning item when destroyed.
- Disposal Chests now uses mfnalex's Update Checker.
- [Disposal] hoppers will no longer transfer items.
