Sometimes, animated puppets are better than lifeless ones. (Requires NPCDestinations2.1+)As I get older, I forget more things that I think I should not have forgot. Yet I still forget.

Thanks to @FunnyFawker for pointing the issue out and not just saying it sucks in the reviews. For being awesome about it all, a custom animation was added
- Removed the references to apache lang3 but forgot to actually remove the requirement in the command. Oops!
