Added a new option to the language.yml file: bounty-stats.(leaderboard).name
This option allows you to change the leaderboard names for the GUI. There is a new placeholder for this: {leaderboard_name}
The {leaderboard} placeholder will still parse the original name. (Helpful for using it with commands)

Fixed a bug that didn't allow you to use the leaderboard placeholder in the GUI title for the leaderboard GUI.
